Crocking and Color Bleed Corrections

Crocking refers to the transfer of dye from the surface of a dyed fabric onto another surface by rubbing. Dye crocking is the result of color loss by mechanical actions such as friction or abrasion. Bleeding occurs when dye comes into contact with liquid.

We have had success correcting many of these issues throughout the years. We work with industry-leading chemists to develop anti-crock treatments and processes. We have the equipment and know how to solve most issues, including Sizing, Sorting & Grading.

Ensuring that your shipment of footwear meets your quality standards as well as the quality standards of your customer is essential to your brand integrity. Our inspectors are trained extensively in all types of footwear, construction and materials to ensure that defects are found and graded properly into “A”, “B”, “C” or “destroy” grades.

We provide inspection reports and summaries to share with your manufacturer to eliminate the potential for future quality issues.
