Case studies
Problem: A big box store desired a rebrand of one of their summer shoe lines.
Solution: The collection was very nice, and the quality was good, but the newly imported styles appeared to “fit “better into one of the stores other product lines much more. Per the direction of the store’s product development team, QCI was engaged to remove the original logo on the footbed of the shoe and replace it with the new brand’s logo. QCI was also supplied replacement insoles which required removal of existing insole, application of new adhesive, and insertion of the new insole into position for proper fit. Once these steps were completed, shoeboxes, dust bags, hanger cards and branded tissues were changed to ensure proper product presentation and branding.
Problem: Recovering and rebranding a recently discontinued product line
Solution: This footwear rework and rebranding process included several steps to complete this successful project. The locations of logos on the existing product required replacement of the interior sock liner of the bump and the careful grinding of an embossed logo that needed to be removed from the sole of the shoes. The outsole also required a smooth buff and polish rendering the outsole to look brand new. In addition, new tissue branded tissue paper was supplied for the project, new shoe boxes were assembled, and new style stickers were added to ensure the shoes were floor ready.
